Your home away from home in the heart of Labuan Bajo, Flores, Indonesia

We are a small, family-run homestay with three spacious and bright rooms, only a five-minute walk from the town center.


We have accommodation for all budgets: A budget room with single beds, mosquito nets and a shared bathroom for backpackers. Two economy double/twin ensuite rooms with fans and mosquito nets and one deluxe ensuite room with a double bed and AC. Newly opened in 2014, spacious and bright. Built on two levels, with western bathrooms.

Kornelis previously worked as a tour guide in Flores, Komodo and Lombok for more than twenty years and can help with travel arrangements and tour advice. He is married and has four daughters.

Palulu Garden Homestay is located opposite Villa Seirama Alam, only a five-minute downhill walk to the center of town where you can find shops, excellent restaurants, many travel agents and all major dive operators.

The small port town of Labuan Bajo, Flores, is the ideal base to explore the Komodo National Park, famous for the Komodo dragons as well as world-class diving and snorkeling. Labuan Bajo has a small but busy airport and is connected to the rest of Flores by bus, boat and travels (shared cars).
